Losing a beloved pet is sad and distressing time. Some pets will pass away quietly in their sleep, but for most pet owners difficult decisions have to be made on the best action to take to prevent your pet from suffering unnecessarily.

At Anrich we advise all our customers to think about their options before the time comes to make these difficult decisions. Identifying your wishes as early as possible ensures that we can carry out your instruction when the time comes, and leave you plenty of time and privacy to say goodbye. Our hospital includes a bereavement room where you can talk to one of our counsellors to help you through this difficult process.

When your pet has passed on you need to decide what to do next. Thinking about this now maybe difficult but it will make it easier when the time comes.

• Your pet can be buried at home

• We recommend owners have their pets cremated. Your pet’s ashes can be scattered on the Garden of Remembrance.

• You can have your pet cremated and the ashes returned to you. This does carry an additional charge but we can assure you that the ashes will be those of your pet.

We promise we will do all we can to make this difficult time as easy as possible. We have a memorial corner around the pool viewing window, plaques can be purchased to commemorate your pet forever. There is also a commemorative tree on our website. Some pictures and memorable stories can be recorded for all the family and friends throughout the world to access.
