Laboratory
Upstairs we have our onsite laboratory which is essential in an efficient modern caring practice.
In January 2007 we immediately invested £14,000 in new laboratory equipment allowing us to perform biochemistry and haematology onsite. This means that every general anaesthetic will not be anaesthetised until we are certain it is safe to do so because the vet will know the state of the patients organs.

In the consulting room, we are able to do blood tests “while the client waits” thus speeding on the diagnosis allowing us to confirm or refute a tentative diagnosis at the time on the consultation.
