Three years ago, legislation changed allowing pets to be taken to certain countries in the EU and return home. The legislation, however, is very strict, so it is vital to ask a member of staff to explain the requirements thoroughly with you.

Once initially vaccinated against rabies and blood tested a month later, the pet can only leave and return to this country SIX months after the blood test. Provided the boosters are kept up to date, the Pet Passport is revalidated every year.
